The Everson Museum of Art

The Dinosaur Bar-B-Que opened its doors in 1988, selling only BBQ before opening the full bar in 1991. The restaurant was reconfigured a few times, including adding two private party rooms upstairs in what was formerly Andy’s Cycle Shop. At the Syracuse location, we have off-site catering, along with pickup, delivery, drop off with servers and full service. At the restaurant upstairs you can choose between two private party rooms or choose both. The main room seats up to 125 people and also has a stage with a sound system and a full bar.
